Commercial Lines Account Manager handling small commercial accounts under $25,000 in premium. Prequalifies new business per agency guidelines. Responsibilities include marketing new business and renewals to carriers, assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes, inform and educate clients about coverage exclusions and exposures, ensure account retention and long-term company and client relationship.
Must have a positive attitude, problem solving capabilities and strong communication skills. Enjoy high quality customer service.
Candidate should have three years agency experience in small commercial insurance underwriting and marketing. Proficiency with computers and company rating systems is necessary. Wintam experience a plus.
