The claims department is open from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. For emergencies after regular business hours, please call our main number (781) 848-8600 and our answering service will telephone a member of our staff who will contact you as soon as possible. For your convenience, you can also report a claim through the “Report a Loss” section of this website.
